1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GlyphFlow (referred to as the "Website" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Website.
2. Description of Service
GlyphFlow provides a free, web-based toolkit for counting characters/words, evaluating readability metrics, cleaning unformatted text, converting letter casing, and mapping keyword frequencies.
The Service operates entirely within the user's web browser environment. We make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the Service and reserve the right to modify, restrict, or terminate the Website's features at any time without notice.
3. Permitted Use & Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access GlyphFlow strictly for personal, academic, or professional copywriting purposes.
All design styles, brand logos, layouts, layouts code, and custom components of GlyphFlow are the intellectual property of the Website developers. You may not scrape, replicate, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the core counting scripts or visual design assets without express permission.
4. Content Ownership & Responsibility
You retain absolute ownership of all text inputs and drafts entered into the GlyphFlow workspace. Because we do not store, copy, or monitor your text on any servers, you are solely responsible for keeping backup records of your copy. GlyphFlow is not liable for data loss due to browser crashes, cache wipes, or system failures.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to maintain high accuracy in our readability algorithms, word tokens, and byte size indicators, we do not warrant that the counts are 100% correct, error-free, or meet specific regulatory criteria. Use the results at your own discretion.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with standard internet governance guidelines and standard regulatory compliance frameworks.
